With 32 pages of stupid rules that both sides asked for and agreed on, what can one say about this other than the fact it seemed like a can of instant water.
I was wondering what Kerry and Bush said as they greeted and shook hands.
One scenario about this was like the scene from "Grumpy Old Men:"
"Hiya Dickhead"
"Hello Moron"
Then when one or another looked annoyed at what the other was saying, I would envision them saying "Whatcha Talkin' 'bout Willis ?"
I knew Kerry was a "Master Debater" (Hee hee, I had fun trying to say those two words.)
IMHO, I thought Kerry came out strong, but there is one underlying thing about him that bugs me: His Voting Record vs. What he says.
I thought Bush seemed uncertain at times.
