I didn't realize the damage I did to my foot until I took off the cast- my foot is black and blue in areas that doesn't even hurt.
The say I may have torn a ligament.
Isn't the bruising just GROSS? I slammed my right foot against a bathroom door years ago and practically my whole foot turned back, blue, purple, yellow and green even though the injury was limited to three toes. That was nasty.
